Our team

The team comprises an office in Paris and an office in Amsterdam for Benelux operations, enabling us to be proximate to cross-border real estate opportunities.

Antemium Real Estate was born from the combination of skills in high-end residential real estate and in professional real estate consultancy. The management team has over 20 years’ experience in real estate in a variety of sectors: transaction, property-management, development, real estate brokerage and investment, as well as in different types of markets, including international ones.

Sébastien PERQUIN-GEORGES

Sébastien PERQUIN-GEORGES, who holds a Specialized Masters in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon, is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience. He began his career in banking internal auditing, before moving on to the finance department of a major oil company abroad. Since 2005, he has worked in a number of different areas of the real estate market: property development in Switzerland, as well as property management and high-end residential real estate transactions in Paris for a demanding UHNWI clientele.

Guillaume MOREL

Guillaume MOREL, who holds a Specialized Master’s Degree in International Purchasing Management, began his career in the international purchasing departments of major automotive equipment and transport groups. Over the past 20 years, he has built up significant experience in real estate transactions by developing his own network of agencies, and then as a property broker for Value Add operations in Paris and the inner suburbs. He has also worked as Investment Director for a Parisian private investment office, and for the past 2 years has been dividing his time between France and Holland, assisting French investors to expand into the Dutch real estate market.
