a/ For the rental of residential properties (unfurnished or furnished) as primary
residences subject to the Law of July 6, 1989:
Tenant:
– Property visits, file preparation, and lease drafting: €12/m² including VAT
– Inventory of fixtures: €3/m²
Total maximum cost: €15/m² including VAT
Landlord:
– Property visits, file preparation, and lease drafting: €12/m² including VAT
– Inventory of fixtures: €3/m²
– Negotiation fees exclusively borne by the landlord (1 month’s rent excluding charges – €15/m² including VAT)
Total: 1 month’s rent excluding charges including VAT
b/ For the rental of residential properties (unfurnished or furnished) not subject to the Law of July 6, 1989:
– Our fees, excluding the inventory of fixtures, amount to 12% including VAT of the annual rent excluding charges, payable by the landlord and/or the tenant, as specified in the rental mandate.
c/ For commercial lease agreements:
– Our fees, excluding the inventory of fixtures, amount to 36% including VAT of the annual rent excluding taxes and charges, payable by the landlord and/or tenant, depending on the distribution outlined in the rental mandate.
– Our fees are invoiced in euros (€) and are subject to VAT at the current rate (20%).
Up to €800,000: 2.9% including VAT of the sale price including agency fees (HAI)
From €800,001 to €1,500,000: 2.5% including VAT of the sale price including agency fees (HAI)
Over €1,500,001: 2% including VAT of the sale price including agency fees (HAI)
